Composite repair training

I have trained a lot of people during a long career working in composites, including some of my competitors.

The first thing I like to do is to remove the myth and the mystery of composite repairs.

Working with composites is not a black art, especially when it comes to non structural repairs

My system is to do the training at the client’s facility.

The idea is to train people in their own workshop on the actual parts that require repair, rather than wasting time working on mock up panels that don’t give a true representation of a real repair situation.

I charge a flat rate of £550 + VAT per day plus materials, while training a maximum of four people.

Other training establishments may charge you anything up to £600 or more per person per day!

The benefits of my training system are.

•Personnel work on the parts from their teams own cars.

•Parts actually get repaired during the training sessions.

•Personnel will become familiar with materials that are supplied by MDT.
